Stunning amazing. I got a croissant and a matcha and a Arabic tea all delicious the croissant was definitely the star of the show. The staff was also super friendly. I’m sad I didn’t find this place before.

Great coffee shop in River North with a huge menu — flavored lattes, matcha, smoothies, and a big pastry display. The dessert case is packed with options like pistachio cheesecake, tiramisu cake, stuffed dates, lemon loaf, scones, and Middle Eastern–inspired pastries. I ordered the pistachio latte and an iced Americano. Prices are slightly high, but the shop has plenty of seating and it’s tucked on a quiet block of River North, which makes it perfect for working, meeting friends, or a slow morning coffee. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. on a Sunday and it was empty, but by 10:30 a.m. it was filling up fast so it’s ideal if you want a calmer, early-morning spot. Great drinks, lots of space, amazing pastry selection, and a relaxing vibe in a busy neighborhood.

One of my favorite coffee shops in the River North neighborhood. The coffee quality is among the best in town. A good variety of pastries. I’ve done a lot of work here. It’s not too loud and attracts a good diverse mix of people. Good playlist, good service and overall good vibe.

Grateful for Oud always but today was extra special because of everyone working there today- Saturday May 30th- and this season of my life…. Thank you for your kindness. The 20oz Rose Iced latte is THAT GOOD and exactly what I needed to help propel me further with this busy day. I’m most grateful 🙌 I can list off all the things to get there like - Kunefe always the Kunefe- or tell you which lattes to get. But honestly you should just go and take your time to soak and savor the care and attention to beautiful details while you are there. If it’s super busy and you don’t want to feel rushed then just step aside and let someone else order while you gaze over the beautiful treats in the display case or deep dive into their menu. Trust that someone there can help you decide if you need help :) Thanks Oud for being a soft welcoming place to land for a minute or an hour. ✨ Cheers ✨

I recently tried coffee from OUD Coffee & Cafe River North when they were serving it at the Downtown Islamic Center in Chicago, and it was truly excellent. The flavor was rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. You can tell they take real care in the quality of their coffee. It was honestly one of the best cups I’ve had in a while. If it tastes this good outside the café, I can only imagine how great it is at their shop. Highly recommended!

What a delightful experience. The barista was genuinely so kind and welcoming. I am a barista so it’s very rare I venture out to other cafes since I can get coffee or matcha at my job for free. However, I needed somewhere to kill some time and Oud was nearby. Pleasant atmosphere, tons of pastry options, and food too! I got a banana matcha and it was delicious. The chocolate coconut date??? Are you kidding meeeeeeee???Also really happy they have soy milk, not a lot of cafes do! I will be back anytime I’m in River North 🥰🥰🥰

Oud Cafe is an amazing spot,The vibe is really good and the ambience is nice and relaxing. The coffee was great, and I also tried their lemonade — it was so good and super refreshing. Perfect place to chill, meet up with friends, or just enjoy a quality drink.

Nice, cozy cafe in River North. Clean space, calm atmosphere, and not too busy. The coffee was smooth and easy to drink. Pastries looked fresh I tried the pistachio cake and liked it. Simple and friendly service. A peaceful spot. I’d come back.

Visited OUD Coffee & Cafe River North recently and had a great experience. I ordered the Mango Matcha and a Manakeesh, and both were delicious. 🍵 The Mango Matcha was refreshing and well-balanced, while the Manakeesh was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect savory option. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. The café has a warm, welcoming vibe, and I really appreciated the beautiful Palestinian artwork and cultural elements displayed throughout the space. It adds a unique touch and makes the café feel more than just a coffee shop. Overall, a great spot for coffee, food, and a relaxing environment. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more from the menu. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

OUD Coffee & Cafe is a fantastic addition to the River North area and a place I’m already looking forward to visiting again. The menu has a great variety of drinks, pastries, desserts, and savory options. During our visit, I ordered the raspberry peach smoothie while my friend got an Americano, and both were excellent and reasonably priced. Their pastry case is packed with tempting choices including the saffron milk cake, lemon berry scone, mixed berry crumb cake, tiramisu brownie, crème brûlée croissant, along with a variety of cookies and baklava. If you're looking for something more substantial, they also offer breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and several manakeesh options including za’atar, za’atar and cheese, spinach, and beef. There’s something here whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee, dessert, breakfast, or lunch. One of the highlights of this café is the atmosphere. The artwork throughout the space is beautiful and gives the café a unique character. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to catch up with friends, get some work done, or simply relax with a drink. The music perfectly complements the vibe and creates a warm, welcoming environment. The service was outstanding as well. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for their customers. Located in the heart of River North, it's very walkable and surrounded by the energy and culture of the neighborhood. There is metered parking nearby, but if you're already exploring the area on foot, it's an easy stop to make. Overall, OUD Coffee & Cafe delivers great drinks, delicious pastries, quality food, beautiful décor, and exceptional service. A wonderful spot to soak in the city's culture and enjoy a relaxing café experience. Highly recommended, and I’m excited to come back and try more of the menu.
